From their modern Logistic Centre in Winterthur, Howeg delivers restaurants, hotels, hospitals and canteens all over Switzerland. They offer a broad range of dry, fresh and frozen food as well as a large assortment of beverages including an exquisite selection of wine.
PopScan stands for strong internet solutions and user friendly ordering-systems and for good design as well. Besides the technical implementation we took care of the complete design as well for gastro supplier Howeg. Thanks to the close collaboration the electronic shopping experience for Howeg’s customers is constantly improved and extended with new features.
Here is were the chef buy their goods. And who is responsible for nice decorated plates, appreciates good design on screen also. Instead of fotos, the catalogue overview at Howeg is composed of illustrations. The icons are appealing, orientation is a breeze and the customers find what their looking for in no time.

Scana
40 trucks daily are on the road in Switzerland for Scana Lebensmittel AG: numerous restaurants, hospitals and hotels stock up at Scana on food, frozen foods, beverages and non food articles.
The supplier Scana replaced three ordering systems by PopScan at one stroke. Under the brand name «Scana INTEGRALE», every customer gets exactly what he needs.
From the lido kiosk to the 100-rooms hotel – Scana delivers to a wide range of various customers. Just a small scanner doesn’t suit the needs of large customers. A mobile scanner pays off only by reaching a certain order volume.
