PopScan also provides you the functionality of having all your existing orders stored in a database and following the tracking of each order with the main delivery characteristics of it.
Essential information will be monitored in the archive feature such as: status of the order (pending to deliver, in process, closed), order/delivery date, type of voucher, value of the order, quantity ordered and delivered. In case of discrepancies between the amount ordered and delivered, the system will give you more detailed and tracked information about it by entering into the order and informing you about the causes (for example, running out of stock or rounding up/down in the units).
This is not the unique added value of this feature, due to all the orders done by phone, FAX or by other means the PopScan application will be displayed and with the possibility to sort it out by customer.
